How we use your information

Veristead uses the personal information you provide through an enquiry to respond, prepare a quote, arrange an inspection and deliver the requested service.

Information we may collect

This may include your name, company, contact details, property address or postcode, appointment information, access arrangements and the contents of your message.

Why we use it

We use this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where a service is booked, to perform that contract. We may also retain necessary records to meet legal, accounting and insurance obligations.

Who receives it

We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers or professional advisers where necessary to operate the business, deliver the service or comply with the law.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiry information is deleted when it is no longer needed. Booking, report and transaction records may be retained for up to six years where required for legal, tax or insurance purposes.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain uses. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
